This policy explains what personal information Apexxal Digital Solutions (“Apexxal”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are

Information you give us
When you send an enquiry, request a software demo, register interest or ask about an Academy course, we receive the details you enter. Depending on the form, this can include:
- your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- your company or showroom name, business type, website address and country
- the service, product or course you are interested in and your preferred contact method
- your message
- the date and time you agreed to us using these details to reply
If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
- Enquiry source. When you send a form, we record the page you sent it from, the first page you visited during that browser session, the website that referred you (reduced to its domain name) and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source). This is kept in your browser only for the current session and sent to us only with your enquiry. We do not use cookies for this.
- Analytics. If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it only runs after you accept analytics in the cookie banner. It helps us understand which pages are useful. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it by clearing your browser storage for this site.
- Security. To prevent spam and abuse, our forms and certificate search temporarily count requests from each connection. We store a one-way coded version of the connection address, not the address itself, for up to one hour.
How we use your information

- to understand which pages and campaigns bring useful enquiries
- to keep the website and our records secure
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Certificate verification
Anyone with a certificate number or the QR code on an Apexxal Academy certificate can check whether it is genuine. The result shows only the certificate number, the student’s name as printed, the course, the issue date and the certificate’s status. It never shows contact details, payment information or internal notes.
Who can see your information
Enquiries and student records are stored on our website’s private administration area and are available only to staff who need them. We use service providers to run the website and deliver email, and, if you accept analytics, Google. They process information on our behalf for these purposes only. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply, follow up and manage any resulting work, and then delete or anonymise them. Academy and certificate records are kept for as long as certificates remain verifiable.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. You can also withdraw your agreement to us contacting you at any time. Email info@apexxaldigital.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
Students under 18
If a prospective student is under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian contacts us or is involved in the admission process.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we handle personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
